Default complete 600+ whp engine, turbo and trans setup.

Looking to sell my engine, trans and turbo setup for 11k. Have more pics i can post later as i was building the engine and have the folder from machine work still. Specced the engine and blueprinted myself. About 15k miles dynoed at 587 whp and 600 ft lbs at 20 psi and a badly slipping clutch, never redynoed after but ive ran it at 32 psi before i simply blow the tires off at that boost level so usually keep it at 20. Ecu screenshot is to show it builds boost just fine tune was still a bit rich. Intercooler mounts have been modified but if someone actually buys ill return to stock, and probably best to buy a new turbo up pipe from boosted performance. Ill include what i have but its been modified to run a 60mm wastegate in addition to the mvr for quickspool but requires notching of frame rail and floor.
Engine
96 mm wossner 8:1 pistons .0026 ring gap(iirc will check tomarrow when i go over my notes)
Pauter rods
Acl hx bearings at .0035 clearance
Dynosty billet girdle
Arp main studs
Cosworth oil control baffle
Powerlab oil pan spacer(part of bp kit)
Dynosty headgasket(as good as hks)
L19 head studs torqued to 95 lb ft
Stock cams and port work with bc spring and retainer kit
Fluidamper pulley
Comes with alt and ps pump
Custom southbend six puck they guarantee will hold a minimum 825 engine tq.
Boosted performance oil catch can
Revup plenum with towers cut out and runners shortened
Mustang 70mm tb(can still run stock just fine)
Racer parts wholesale 24 row oil cooler kit
Cosworth fuel rails with precision 1200 cc injectors
Ngk copper plugs
Turbo kit
Boosted performance midmount 6766 1.34 divided t4 sp cover
Modified for additional 60mm wsstegate for quick spool
Afe air filter, much larger then the accel blue sasha used to use(not sure if still does) supports 1200 whp.

located in ne ohio, also has dynosty solid engine mounts, torque solutions tranny mount, and twm short shifter, with a cheap razio shift ****.

side note the o2 sensor with wires cut are because i only use a single wideband to power the infinity. also the line from the turbo oil manifold to the oil pump could use a new fitting.

many photos during the build here

have two more but computer is acting weird and suddenly wont download them from email.

What's the reason you went with copper plugs? (freeBump?)

they ran slightly better for me, i ran the car rich with two step colders so the plugs fouled easily during normal driving. rather then mess with cleaning i said forget it and bought the coppers and replace them every other oil change.

leaning it up down low would fix it for the most part but i wasnt really driving the car in hawaii because the rewire, no airbags, and gutted interior they wouldnt pass it for the safety check.

I'm keeping mine forever, especially since it's been revived this summer. I was just asking about shipping because you hadn't specified in your OP. Good luck with your sale!

ahhh yah my bad ill crate it all up and bubble wrap ect and get it shipped if someone wants to pay. wont charge for the crating and everything just the actual freight itself.

also forgot the headers are megan stainless both ceramic coated and heat wrapped ive never had a issue with them.

theres about 15k worth of stuff here in JUST parts. if someone had come to me and had me with a engine and had me build it like this one and had me install the shifter and send it all back to them on a crate they would be looking at about 18k for all the parts then the labor to build the engine, install shifter, bolt engine/trans togeather ect so they just drop the engine in, just a fyi so people realize just how much they are getting for the price, only this cheap for quick sell and the minor defects/alterations to meet my requirements.

Would you part out the solid motor mounts, trans mount, oil catch can and oil baffle to 98433?

Im not going to part down the engine, ill split the turbo kit/engine but thats as far as ill go.

Yes unsleeved, sleeves arnt needed for under 800 and questionable between 800-900. Most cases they cause far more problems, and i still havnt seen a broken stock sleeve
