Default test pipes+cat-back - install problem

So I installed the Fast Intentions test pipes, and the HKS cat-back. First off, it sounds excellent, it looks perfect, and I love driving my car even more now. I can say for sure I definently feel a difference in the high rpm range.

I'll take pics and videos later :P

Right now I need to fix any imperfection I see because if I don't, the problems will stay there, forever, and never get fixed lol.

First, the tips arent aligned straight out the rear. The passenger side is ok, it's perfectly even with the lip in the rear bumper. However, the driver side is off. It's too far to the left (driver side). I don't think adjusting the tip itself is going to do anything. If I took the tip off, you can see it's too far over. It's almost touching the bumper itself. Are there any other adjustments I can make other then moving the tips in and out?

Second, I have a problem with a bolt on the car being too close to the exhaust. The driver side is ok, but the passenger side is too close. I can hear a rattle every now and then (under a certain amount of gas). The bolt is located around the rear of the car. There is two of them, one that sits over the left pipe and one over the right. I'm probably going to have to take a picture of this but I thought I'd mention it to see if anyone had a similar problem. If you know what I'm talkin about, any suggestions will help. If not, I'll get some pics.

I think I know exactly what you mean. I used to have a rattle every time I started the car after fitting a new exhaust. I had the hangars lengthened so that the LHS of the car is now at the same height as the RHS - no more knocking and 2 dead straight pipes

The bolt you are speaking of was a common problem reported for the HKS. I think it is a rear diff mount bolt (or something) on the passenger side. I read that people where denting in the pipe slightly to keep it from making contact. Others tried adjusting the mounting between the flanges to get a bit more room, problem is this will affect the tip position.

My HKS made contact with the black underbrace below the midpipe section. Check and make sure it isn't that area making contact. That can be easily fixed with some washers.

My tips are both toward the outer portion of the bumper cutout. I havent even tried to re-adjust because they are symmetric and I think it looks good. I think it is just a matter of trial and area getting them to line up perfectly by loosening connections and holding the pipes in a certain position while tightening. I hope that sorta made sense .
