Default HR mods-can someone give me advice?

The following are mods I want to do for my 2007. Can someone help me answer my questions. I would appreciate it if people who have actually done these on these HR's would respond as well.

1. Intake/Exhaust. I have heard doing ANY intake work on these engines wont bring much gain due to the fact that these engines have been optimized to the max.

True? Untrue? Has anyone seen HP gains with this install? What intake exhaust did you install? Cost?

2. sway bars. How much do these cost and can they be easily installed?

3. suspension. I plan to drop my ride only an inch. ive heard you should get a camber kit... has anyone dropped an car an inch ONLY with springs and WITHOUT a camber kit? is that safe/acceptable/OK?

4. test pipes. sorry for my ignorance, but if i install this with my exhaust, dont i have to pay someone so i can put the original piece back on to pass emmisions?

5. reflash. I have ready the sticky on here but who seriously has seen their moneys worth of a difference?

Intakes are pointless. Wont gain much if any.

Exhaust. You have options, you just gotta search.

Depends how low of a drop you do with springs. Anything over an inch might need a camber kit in the rear. But it really just depends. SOme people are fine after alignment without camber kits. Just depends on your alignment dude.

you need to search.. for real
1-5 is answered through searching. Try it, stop asking the forums to breast feed information when information that you asked for is literally all over.

1) press search
2) Type in what you want
3) read stickies

everybody has there own damn exhaust / suspension whatever. What is best for you can be found through... that's right, searching..
and click the damn faqs located in each subsection.. IE. VQ35HR FAQ, 350z FAQ, Suspension FAQ, Intake/exhaust FAQ.. you've been here for 3+ years and you're asking some legitimately dumb a$$ questions

shifting drifting flying low and you can't search
fail
end thread

drop in filters (not even really necessary) / test pipes and cat back of your choice / reflash and a rear gearset is your best bet.

i dropped in the fujitas and noticed the power change. i also have the greddy evo tt and it sounds awesome. i get compliments on it all the time from my neighbors one has a z06 the other has a gt3. i did not notice a huge difference with the exhaust but it was worth every penny. if you do intakes or high flow cats please let me know cause i want to know how that sounds on the hr motor. DOWNSIDE to the exhaust is loud and hurts my head like a ***** when i drove home in the morning after a night of partying when i have a hangover.

This makes no sense. You have an '07 with intakes but you want to know what the HR sounds like with intakes...
