Default Oil pressure indicator question

So, maybe this is a stupid question, but what pressure should I be seeing on my triple guage when I'm cruising at about 3k RPM? This is once the car has been on for about 10 minutes or more, so the oil should be nice and warm.

The reason why I ask, is that on my TT 06 350z, I never saw the pressure hit 120+psi- and now that I have a new NISMO, and just got a first oil change, I am seeing the pressure stay around 120psi (at 3k RPM).

oil pressure at 120psi? something is very wrong. it should ~80 at startup ~50-60 when cruising and as low as 15-20 when idle.
