Any ideas?
might need to adjust the rod behind the master. if you got the one from zspeed, call Joe and he will tell you how to adjust it

My tech said he adjusted to rod all the way out and still nothing... Do you think maybe the pedal might be adjusted?

Did he install the spacer for the CSC? Sure there's not still air in the system?

Do you have RJM pedal installed? if so you have to put it back to stock position to properly bleed the clutch.

Adjusting "all the way out" is not the proper way to do it, This can cause you to kill your clutch very quickly if not done correctly.

I have sent you the PDF download of the clutch adjustment procedure as requested in your e-mail.

Which combo do you guys recommend for 08 HR track car with OS Giken 1.5 and 3.9 FD?
I should probably not go for THE lightest flywheel available or should I?

Also, my clutch pedal does not go back to the top position as quickly and strongly as it used to. Might this be a sign of the CVC going? Do I buy it seperatly or does it already come with aftermarket clutches?

ZSpeed Stage 2 +
These are very durable kits for track, Will have some trans gear rattle at idle and low rpm as any kit with solid flywheel and non-quiet type clutch but will take whatever you can throw at it. Triple strapped plate design, SFI Certified disk and pressure plate, we use a non marcel racing organic disk with these for long life, Very clean clutch release for fast shifts and very manageable.

Clutch + Cmak

Clutch + CMAK + Flywheel, I would recommend the 17 or 19lb flywheel.

Isn't 17lbs a bit heavy for a track car? I was thinking about something closer to 14lbs.

Well the only way you can get that light is an aluminum inserted flywheel that will eventually have parts come off of it and most likely a warped insert after some heat. I would highly not recommend that for a track car. 3lbs in exchange for durability is worth it to me, just a few less cheeseburgers...

I remember reading on the motorsports section that the VQ likes momentum and a lighter flywheel won't make you faster on a timed lap.
I installed a JWT and CMAK and the latter works flawlessly, the JWT is aluminum so I hope it won't separate. I love how faster it revs now.

Absolutely, you do not modify anything on the car to install it. Just a bolt on kit.

How does the JWT flywheel compare to the 17lb listed on your site & can the JWT LTFW be mated with the clutch/CMAK setup you are selling?

Isn't the JWT flywheel made of aluminum?

Steel will always be more durable than aluminum,
Yes the JWT fly will work fine with the CMAK and any of our clutches.

Do you sell the 17lb flywheels seperately?
