Default 350z hr vibration

Hi guys, my manual 2008 hr started with an horrible vibration about a week ago, we already checked the engine mounts and they are ok, same as the obd2 scan tells that the engine is fine. The car vibrates even when stoped, or in gears, and it gets stronger with the RPMs. They shift **** is where the vibration gets worst, its like holding a ****ing ***** all the time. What do you think the cause will be?

Check your transmission mount and suspension bushings. If they're no good, go with polyurethane mounts and bushings

I also checked that, trans mount seems to be ok, someone told me it could be the flywheel, what do you think?

Can you elaborate more? Is your car misfiring?

If your car is running fine and it's doing it when stopped, my money goes on the engine or tranny mounts, even though you said they are fine

The car is running fine, i changed the engine mounts and the tranny looks good, the vibration intensifies as the RPMs increase. I also checked for a misfire but the scan revealed nothing bad.

Only thing I could assume is the trans mounts if you already checked the engine mounts.

My 03 GT did this when my motor and trans mounts were aged. But some stick play is normal. Or else it would shake your hand/tranny to death. Especially if you rest on the shifter.

How did you check the mounts tho? Cause Ive seen some people try and shake the engine and because they couldnt get it to move say nope they are good lol

Photos would help. And it could be the flywheel.. Did you install an after market? Maybe a video?

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone

I am having a vibration issue as well. 2007 base with 92k miles. I am changing the plugs this weekend so hopefully it's not a misfire. But I have issues when I'm at 3000 rpm and decelerating by engine braking, the car sounds like it's lost a cylinder, but doesn't always do it. It almost sounds like a formula 1 car when it engine breaks, like a stutter. I have no check engine lights that come on. It does idle low sometimes then idles normal, and has the long start issue. My question is, should I replace the cam/crank senors? Anyone else have this problem? I haven't checked the mounts and all that yet but I had an inspection done a few thousand miles ago and they said everything was good.

lol @ some of the posters ITT

But seriously a little vibration is normal for the MT cars (obviously the AT cars have the vibrations dampened out).

Just curious, is the vq35hr even fire or odd fire?
