Default P2A00 and P2A00pd

Hi guys new to the forum I have a 2008 350Z enthusiast with 52k miles. I've been looking on the forums for a full week now trying to find what's the cause of this 2 codes my scanner show. It came up about 2 weeks ago as P2A00 and P2A03 so I changed my main o2 sensors and the bank 1 still reading faulty plus it shows that other weird code P2A00 pd. I checked for vacuum leaks everywhere gonna check my injectors and any cracks on the intake plenum any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks

I'll give it a try this week, but the codes came before the intake was installed and I probably made it worst after I installed them.

If you got the codes before your intake its not your problem.

MicVelo always recommends driving school.

I always recommend plugging in a cheap vacuum gauge on the upper intake plenum. If it's under 20 at idle, you have an air intake leak somewhere, assuming it's firing correctly.

Yeah I was gonna say that but you're right, I was messing with it last night and there's a hissing noise coming from that side so there's definitely a vacuum leak, I'll do some more digging until I find it thanks

Hey man not at all the code still on I checked my vacuum everything seems to be ok with that. The only thing that I've notice is my long term fuel trim on bank one are like 9-10 on idle so I know there's something wrong once I get some time and dig some more info I'll let you know what I found

Hey guys just in case you run into the same problem in the future. I bought some sea foam and sprayed it in the throttle body found a leak on the passenger side stock cat. It was on the bracket that holds it to the tranny so I bought some kinetix high flow cats and no more codes. She runs like the first day I got her haha thanks for the help

Hello, i jave jad this same code for months now. Clears and comes back. Replaced spark plugs, tested and swapped coil packs, even replaced valve covers because oil in spark plug tubes. I read this and today found exhaust leak in the exact same place u did. Has the code stayed away? Did u have any other codes with it, as i do not. Just p2a00...

Sorry to hear that man and after I found that leak I bought some high flow cats and the code went away as for any other codes I just had the one you have. If you can weld it or get test pies or high flow cats since you’ll have to take it out it saves some time.
