Right now I have 8.5FR 9.5RR. Im running a 245/35 and a 285/35 out back.
Reason why I say that is your paying extra for extra weight that is not usuable. If its for only looks than so be it. You can easily get a 315 on a 10" rim. So a 10.5 would be unusable because you can't really fit a wider tire than a 315 unless you go wide body. So, your buying a heavier and wider rim for no reason. But this is just my opinion. Others can say you get a deeper lip so its opinions really.

Nothing wrong with this setup at all. As long as you put good tire sizes on, you shouldn't have big problems with understeer...

I've been doing some searching but can't seem to find exactly what I need. Does anyone know the widest tires I can fit on a 9.5F/10.5R setup with a Tein Basic(.7/.6) drop, without rubbing? I don't want to roll/cut the fenders and I know 245/275 is common. However I've heard the 275's look stretched on a 10.5. So I want to know if I can fit a 285 or even a 295 in the rear and maybe a 265-275 up front.

I wouldn't see any need to go bigger than 255 in front, although I'm sure you can do 265.
275 rear might look a little stretched, it depends on brand. In BF Goodrich KDW-NT it won't really look stretched. In Falken, it will look really stretched. Tread width, brand, and camber will all contribute to whether it will rub or not. Drumma's wheels fit because he has a stretched tire and some rear camber. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not what I would do personally (I prefer to have a lot more rubber around the rim to protect it and give a little more traction etc)
285/295 will pretty much rub almost guaranteed...
