When you're done patting yourself on the back, maybe you can post something worthwhile.
you are trying to run a 40 series tire. having run a few offsets myself, a 35 series with a 295 is more than enough. Maybe if you did some research you would have known that an aggressive offset paired with a large tire is not going to work. chebestos setup is not comparable to yours. I believe his fenders are rolled and possible pulled compared to yours being cut; not to mention I think he was smart enough to run an appropriately size tire so they would fit. True, people have run more aggressive setups, but a +18 on a 10.5" is getting up there and it is obvious you did next to know research on what it would take to make them fit.
And again, no reason to be an @sshole; that doesn't mean you are hurting my feelings.... just means you're being an @sshole

This thread has gone totally off topic but I feel I need to update it anyway. I raised my car and the rubbing subsided. Judging by the markings on my fenders, they were just barely rubbing. I'm probably going to cut the fenders more (I had a modest cut to begin with) and then I'll see if I can get my camber to an acceptable level.

yea i wouldnt recommend the 30 series sidewall, you'll have to slam the car for it to 'look' good.. they were the only size available at the time i got the R888s.. i would have like to run 255/40 f, 295/35 r for the street, but i'd prolly have to run a lil more neg camber in the rear. currently at -1.6 ... also i do have my rears rolled (not pulled)
