You got the wrong disk or face type. You need high or medium face for bbks. I have very similar spec'd wheels with low disk/ face for max lip and clears the non Brembo brakes.

Cool, so then my options are swapping to non-Brembos, overfenders, or sell them and find some new wheels.

Thanks

IIRC 415mm changed out his bbk to the base brakes to run a wheel w max lip.

Correct, they are 18in Varrstoens. Yes same size all around but they are spaced out differently in the front and back. I'm running -5 camber in the front and -2 in the rear so I just spaced them out until they were flush.

no 10.5 all around. I think the front is something like -10 and the rear -6 after spacers? I have PBM adjustable spacers on all corners so I just spaced them out until flush.

My Z did not have brembos. My G35 does. I don't notice ANY difference in stopping. What I DO notice is that I can never buy anyone's baller wheels because most folks who run super stancy cambergang spec'd wheels don't have BBK. But, I might be doing flares next year so at some point, it will not matter.

DD or city driving stop and go you're not going to notice it. The difference is at the end of a 60 to 0 stop where the distance it took to stop should be shorter with the Brembos. If its at the track where brake fade occurs then the Brembos will outshine the regular brakes, and that's where you feel it.
