and Nismo, those are some burley specs for sure but JDM hit the nail on the head. Gonna need more cambies or over fenders i would think. OR an insane stretch. Barrel showing style.
I didn't mean it negatively dude. I meant your car is progressively getting better and cooler on each page this thread continues.

So...inner sidewall was a bit stiffer than the outer part. But it sealed! That exposed inner barrel tho

The thought of driving on that makes me shiver, and not in a good way.

So you're saying he should mount the wheels backwards in order to maximize scene points?

3rd attempt with a shop that knows tires a little bit better. Now the exposed area is on the outer lip which helps greatly for fender clearance

That'll look as good as the bulbous tails lights.

Ah yes, the NS20s strike again. The new ones don't stretch at all and either will debead or will look like that. Good luck.

Try Federals next time

Well, finished the wife's car just in time for her magazine feature. Everything somehow worked out and the skies stayed rain free for the shoot until later when tropical storm Darby came thru.

As long as you're happy, remember that. Don't let the other dudes get to you if they say you're nuts for letting your wife drive on that. Don't mind the haters if they talk trash on the doopy fartcan out back, be gatoradehatin. Remember it's all good if YOU think it's fresh as fugg.

Why stretch when you can just move the tire to the other side of the barrel so it clears the fender.

Because, then things wouldn't "fit"
