Alight guys ive searched and found some info but not a straight answer on this set-up of 5zigen Fn01's i plan on getting very soon!
Im on tein s-techs right now and plan on running with the lowest offset they've got i want the most aggresive concave look but safe fitment up front.
17by9 +15 offset with a 255/40r17 tire
17by10 +12 offset with a 275/40r17 tire.
(Black polish)
I know this is prolly a track set-up on most Z's but i love the FN01 wheel, ive had them on my last car and loved the quality and look of them.
Thanks!!!
17x9 will not concave. In 17 inch only the 17x10 have concave. Also why don't you run 18 inch. I have 18x8.5 +22f and 18x9.5 +12 on my 240sx that I'm going mount just for kicks
Not to hijack but does anyone know what would be the right offsets for a pair of these staggered in 18"? These are nice wheels and seem to be light as well!

lotta the road racing guys use them. I've considered it. Decent priced wheel....plenty of tire options in the 17's and a lot easier on the wallet. BTW if you're planning on racing on anything that involves turns I'd go w/ the +20 or +22 is it? offset. B/C you're gonna want some meaty tires on'em and you're gonna rub if you go big meats and such an aggressive offset. That is assuming you're lowered any at all.
Well IIRC the car I posted above is also lowered about an inch.
I'd go w/ that setup he's got. Seems to be a pretty hot ticket w/ the road course crowd and a very neutral setup. Also IMO it looks pretty good....small wheel haters be damned. But the only reason it looks good is b/c of the meaty tires and a decent drop.

You are leaving out a very important statement made by the owner of that car.

So in fact that wheel is sitting in relation to the fender as would a +15 offset wheel would.
So i guess ill go with 17x10 +25 in the rear with a 275/40 and either 17by9 +15 with 255/40 or 17x10 +25 275/40 i just need a nice safe set-up either one of those sounds good RIGHT?? haha!!
