what is the biggest wheel width i could fit in the front of a 350z?

I run 18X10.5 +15mm at all 4 corners. Rear fenders required rolling for them to fit. Front is tight but it fits with 2.75 negative camber just fine.
Assuming your tire choice keeps the overall wheel/tire combo close to stock diameter or smaller, your fronts should fit easy. Your rears may have an issue. There is more room in the back if you go toward the center of the car. (11" will fit fine but 11" with a +15 offset is cutting it very close)
