Default Buying wheels off a friend, need to know if this wheel setup will work with my Z?!

sup guys, new here.

i have an 04 Z

and im about to purchase a close to brand new set of MRR GT1 wheels off a friend for a very fair price.

he had the wheels on his M3

and was running a setup of:

Rims - 19x8.5 (front) & 19x9.5 (rear)
Tires - 235 35 19 (front) & 265 30 19 (rear)

i have a stock suspension.

will this setup fit/ride with no problems on my Z?
(such as rubbing, brake problems etc etc)

please if anyone can help or have an input, it would be great, thanks in advance!

If the wheels came off his M3, then it will not work. BMW's have a lug pattern of 5x120. Our cars are 5x114.

sorry forgot to mention that

he says hes not 100% sure on it, but about 98% sure that the offset is either 45 in the front with 47 or 48 in the back

hope that helps!

Z's have 114.3

EDIT: AND, those offsets are amazingly super back-o-da bus horrible...your looking for something in low 20's at the most...preferably high teens.

really? why wouldnt you do your homework before buying a set of wheels? +48 on the back might as well put your spare tire on and call it a day. save yourself some money.

Hello all,

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but I have a question about the same wheels and I thought it best not to create a new thread. I am looking at a set of GT1 wheels as well. Sizes below. Will these look "good" on a 03 Z? I have never purchased aftermarket wheels, so I am looking for some opinions.

19x8.5 +27 (front)
19x9.5 +35 (rear)
BOLT PATTERN 5x114.3

You be the judge on aesthetics. CLICK HERE.

S'far as fit, the rears will be a bit "sunken in" but not major league bad. Worse case scenario, you can run a 10-15mm spacer to bring them out to be a little less sunken in. Will also depend on your choice of tire sizes. 245/35 (or 255/35)F and 275/35R pairing will work nicely
