To achieve what look? What ride height are you at?
I am going to guess that since it's OEM wheels it's +30...so it's really on what look you wanrt to determine what size spacer

Ive had suggestions to go with wheel adapters but the issue im running into is that they are too large im thinking about a 20-25mm spacer for my rear and a 10mm for the front
the only issue i have with spacers is i dont want any vibrations which is why i was suggested to go with adapters but it seems like they dont make any that will fit correctly so i was hoping someone here has done this before to make their g37s wheels flush with the wheel wells

Here are the specs on the 19" G-36 wheels made by Enkei.
Sport
Front: 19"x8.5". Cast aluminum. Made for Nissan/Infiniti by Enkei. Weight: 26.5 lbs. Bolt pattern 114.3 x 5 Offset +43
Tires: Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 225/45/19 92W. UTQG 140AA, weight 27 lbs., tread depth 10/32"
Rear: 19"x9". Cast aluminum. Made for Nissan/Infiniti byEnkei. Weight: 27.5 lbs. Bolt pattern 114.3 x 5. Offset +45
Tires: Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 245/40/19 94W. UTQG 140AA, weight 30 lbs., tread depth 10/32"
Other: Lugs- 60° tapered seat, 2.7oz/76 grams each. OEM wheel locks- 3.2oz./91 grams each. Center caps .3oz./14 grams each. TPMS sensors (with valve stem & collar) 1.2oz/34 grams each (Part # 40700 -JK00B) .
If these specs are correct for the wheels you are wanting to by, you will need 25mm spacers to get them to look decent. You probably need larger spacers but I would not suggest going larger than 25mm.

All depends on what year G37 wheels they are. The ones in this thread appear to be the 19" versions. However, there are/were some variations in size and offset. In any case, they're close to the same as 370Z front wheels - that is, high +40mm offsets (+45 to +47 depending on width). You'll want 20mm spacers to make them fit the 350Z correctly.
Case in point: https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...t-novices.html (Specific to fitting Z34 wheels to Z33.)
If you're trying to flush them, you'll likely need 25mm spacers. I run 20mm on my front 19x9 Z34 wheels (see thread above). Not flush but I don't like spacers to begin with (but use them on the front to fit my bitchin' wheels )and that extra 5mm (to me) is pushing the line IMO.
