Default 18" 275's rubbing, fenders rolled on stock suspension - advice needed

How much camber are you guys with 275 40 18 rears running? My rear fenders are rolled and just had an alignment we dialed in a bit more -camber but it still rubs a bit on driver side so I'm going back. I'm on stock suspension

18 x 9.5 with 12 offset pretty conservative compared to what most go to...

I was lowered on Tanabe GF210 springs w/ the rear spring mount mod done, 18x10.5 +10 with a 275/40/18, SPC rear camber arms and toe bolts. rear fenders rolled.. -1.2 rear camber

no rubbing

It's more about wheel offset than camber. You can run a much bigger rear tire with the right wheel. I run a 305/30/R19 with a +22 offset I believe, rolled fenders, lowered at least an inch and virtually no camber and it doesn't touch. If you go +27 to +30, I think you can fit a 315.

EDIT: Just saw you are a +12 offset. That's the issue right there...

Hes right its a wheel offset issue, I'm running 275/40/18 on stock suspension and +25 offset, lots of room.

That setup shouldn't rub unless you have a really weak fender roll. I ran 285 tires on a +15 and mine didn't rub at stock height and alignment specs

Im running an 11" wheel with a 285 lowered with S Tech's...no rubbing here.

He's running a taller (40 series) tire and a low offset. Its a combination of both. If he changed one or the other I'd wadger he would be okay.

275/40/18 is the same height as a stock 245/45.

275 40 18 is same as stock I was told 12 offset would be fine and its deffinately not aggressive for a 9.5 width wheel many on here run lower offset and wider wheel.

If by rolled flat you mean flat against the inside of the quarter panel then no.

OP, these sizes should not cause rubbing in most cases,

Can you inspect the inner edges of your fender, check if the inner edge has rolled back out.

Another thing to check is your suspension, check if shocks are leaking. This may be a less likely cause but doesn't hurt to check.

That's gonna be a close call with +12, but it should have cleared with STOCK suspension. There are guys running stock wheels (8.5 R) and suspension with 30mm spacers (net +3 offset) with no problems at all. So you should have cleared fenders with 9.5s and +12 which is slightly LESS outboard than the spacer/stock wheel set up.

Actually 9.5 +15 with a 275/40 without a roll will rub on stock suspension.

No idea, maybe you had an *** ton of camber. Not all tires are the same width, no idea. My car started to rub at 10.5 +25 with 275/40-18 Nitto Invo
