Wanna double check this setup before installing.
Wheels are (F)18x9.5 +15 and (R)18x10.5'' +15. The tires I am looking at are Hankook v12 evo2 265/35 and 285/35. Springs will be tanabe gf. I rather not pull/roll the front fenders(as i'v seen some have had to do so). Front fender screw will be trimmed along with rear fenders rolled. I also don't mind having some camber.
Would this setup cause issues or would 255/35 and 275/35 tires be a better choice to be safe?

What does the front screw cut down entail? My new 265/35s occasionally rub that screw head when going in/out drives that cause the suspension to flex. I considered removing the screw entirely but didn't want the fender liner to sag so just left it.

Remove it, cut it in half , reinstall and foot it till it stops. It just lets you roll the fender slightly

- 235/40/18 front 275/35/18 rear
- 18x8.5 +25 front 18x10 +25 rear
- stock height and everything.
- on those same wheel sizes, would +12 offset be better?

As for offset, someone else will have to chime in on that. I never remember the offset stuff

You can find much better tire sizes for stock height. 255/40F and 275/40R are dang near identical to the stock overall diameter. With the tire sizes you mentioned you'll have more fender gap and it'll look goofy. My sizes are 255 and 275 on an 18x9f and 18x10.5r.

Having a hard time wheel shopping on craigslist because sellers often fail to include the complete wheel specs, most of the time lacking the offset and when I ask, they can rarely tell me.
Looking at a set of 19s, ad says 9.6" front and 10.8" rear. Purchased for an Infinity q50.
My tires are 245/35 and 275/35
Without knowing the offset, is it possible to know if they will fit or not?
Thanks all!

You can look on the back of the wheel though - sizing on quality wheels are usually marked somewhere on the mounting surface or spokes.
Q50 (and every Z34) uses front wheels with approx. +47mm offset. If the seller bought the correct sizes for the Q, they will have high offset. They will fit Z33 but will require spacers in front to bring the scrub radius back in line with what a Z33 needs... +15 to stock +30 (or a tad more in some cases).
Oh, and "9.6" and "10.8" are erroneous figures (or maybe the seller took an actual measurement) More likely 9.5/10.5.

Tire size/rub?
18x8.5 +25 245/40/18
18x9.5 +15 285/40/18
Stock ride height
will this rub? if so whats a common tire size combo to run with these specs without looking stretched
