Sportline TE.6 Review
I ordered a set of TE.6 wheels from Frank over at Modbargains the other day. His communications were quick and he gave me a good price.
Powder coating should take 10-15 business days and then they will be shipped to me.
I'll post pictures and a review once they come in and I have them installed.
Update (7/31): I ordered them on June 9th. They arrived on July 29th. I'm out of town but I will be getting them mounted when I get back (~August 9th)
Update (8/12): I got them mounted and I love them. Everything worked out perfectly. The packaging/shipping was extraordinary. The 245's are a bit stretched in the front but not bad at all.. I actually like it alot. The 275's look pretty normal in the back. My favorite thing about these wheels was the insane weight savings I achieved. My TSW's weighed in at 32 lbs! They were some luggers. I bought the car with those wheels on there. The Sportlines are in the low 20s and I can absolutely feel a difference. The steering is even lighter/smoother at low speeds.. 40 lbs of un-sprung weight is no joke.
Shout out to Discount Tire in Pensacola. They swapped the tires over for me as well as installed TPMS sensors. They did an excellent job. Zero nicks/scratches etc on either sets of wheels and they did it in 45 minutes.
The last pic is the best pic I ever got with the TSW's. Haven't had a chance to get some good photos with the new wheels but I did snap a few this afternoon. I'll post more photos if there are requests.
