Well, their site says they're made in FL, but I can't imagine what sort of quality those wheels are for that price - which is a Chinese-made price. If you want a square setup, find a pair of OEM rears and run 4 of those instead.
Or, something better, and far lighter/stronger, like a set of Rays V1 Track wheels. They often sold for $500-600/set, and they're among the best you'll find.

I don’t see where the eBay listing gives the wheel’s offset or its weight. Both are very important.
The wheels you ask about are inexpensive. That usually means they are heavy and have less offset; manufacturers make the wheels heavy with less offset to save on production cost. I would investigate asking SB Mfg LLC for those two stats. They probably won’t want to tell you.
If you are looking for good wheels at a reasonable price, check the Enkei website. The Tuning wheels are a great value.

What puzzles me is why anyone would rep fairly available OEM wheels like these.... I understand doing so for harder-to-get-and-highly-sought-after ones but these?? They do look nice but I'm wary of the quality judging by price indicators....
But, whatever floats ones boat and/or their balance sheet if it works for them.

25# wheels for 18x8/8.5 is NOT light. Heck, even my old boat anchor Touring wheels were "only" 24#.
But again, at the price and as dcains said, your mind seems made up so go for it. Not trying to dissuade at all, we're all just informing.

The offset you mention (30mm) is what you get with stock (OEM) wheels. If you decide to go with an aftermarket wheel that is 9.5” wide or greater, chose one that has an offset of 15mm - 22mm. That offset will look better on your car.
A wheel weight at 25 pounds isn’t awful (but certainly not great). I’m actually surprised this wheel comes in at that weight; quality 18” wheels come in under 20 pounds. My next query is the wheel’s strength. If it’s 25 pounds, how strong is the wheel?
They make them heavy because it’s the manufacturing process and the alloy (and not the quantity of materials) that costs more to produce the wheels. The wheels you are considering use cheaper materials, keep the wheels more inboard, and require a higher mass (weight) to achieve acceptable strength.
