Default Volk TE37SL Brembo Fitment

Looking to change my wheel setup since I upgraded to brembo. My current setup requires me to run 20mm spacer to clear. Work Varianza T1S 18X9 +23 & 18x10 +17.

I am looking to purchase a set of TE37SL. 18x9.5 22mm and 18x10.5 22mm. Would those clear oem brembo without running any spacers?

They will clear, I have an 04 track and have the same wheels with almost the same size and offset you want to run.

Disk type-not offset determines bbk clearance. Before we go completely off track here

I'm running a squared setup, 285-35-18 front and 305-35-18 rear at the moment. Front tires have a slight stretch on a 9.5 wheel so I will go 295 next time I buy new tires for more of flush look.
