It has taken me 3 years to get to this point and I've just lost the passion to continue with this.
The motor:
Arias ed 8.5 pistons .020 over
Pauter rods
ACL bearings
ARP fasteners on rods and mains
HR head gasket with block mod to support it
Heads are ported and polished with 1MM oversized stainless steel valves, dual springs and titanium retainers, all Supertech parts.
The heads were done by the guy who does Cosworth heads. The cams are stock but I will include a set of Cosworth ZK2 cams.
Crankshaft was magnafluxed and journals micro-polished. Block was decked and honed with a torque plate.
600cc injectors
Haltec Platinum plug and play ECU
Magnaflow High flow cats
JWT 530 turbo kit with custom piping on the hot side, the bypass valve replaced with BOV.
The engine is tuned for 14PSI
on the dyno it made 430 HP, not sure of the torque
This engine is not done justice by the 530 turbos, it really needs a larger set of turbos to make the big power it is built for.
The engine has less than 500 miles on it
The clutch is a fresh JWT
Boost is controlled by AEM TRU-Boost controller
Dual PLX wideband controllers daisy chained to gage on pillar also have dual EGT display on the PLX gage
Pioneer Z-1 head unit with 60GB music storage with secondary display on screen in cubby
Brakes were upgraded to Brembo calipers with stoptech slotted discs and pads, the calipers were bead blasted and repainted with
a light purple color caliper paint with brembo decals applied
Suspension was upgraded with Tien coilovers with EDFC installed.
I don't want to deal with parting out the car so don't ask.
The car has been is a shop for 3 years, it's still in need of somebody who wants to put a little work into refining the rough edges and finnishing it to their desires, since I started on this project I have moved on and have lost the desire to continue.
