thinking to buy a used base 03 350Z BUT What about TSB'S ?
 

i have been planing to buy a 350z for a long time but some of the issues i havent ended buying one yet. Here is my question right now i found a 2003 ss base 350z with 8000 miles on it . I havent seen the car yet but i am kind a scared about the 03 tsb problems . He is asking $23.000 for the car and i like to get it for $22.000 and spend some extra cash for rims, leather seats, HID,brake and stereo stuff. So what are the thing i should look for when i buy a used car from a private owner especially for 2003 350z ? As i mentioned , i read posts about TSB problems for 2003 and dont know what to do actually ? Car has 8000 miles on it pratically sounds brand new but dunno ? what u guys think ? Do i need to take the car to any nissan dealership to look overall for ?

I bought my 03 Track with around 8k miles and it's been rock solid so far.

If you can get an 04 or 05 Z for around the same price, that's probably the safer bet. But by no means are the 03's *that* problematic. There are known issues (like there are with ANY vehicle) but it's still a killer car.
