anywho, I think I was wrong in this case and pulled the trigger without thinking.
Just picked the car up tonight, and in the end..I was the ******* ***** in all this.
the salesman I worked with was the first honest car salesan that I've met and I guess I was just so caught up with getting my car ASAP I forgot that salesman are humans too.

all excellents, yes's, totally satisfied and so on, otherwise we get a failing survey and after slinging cars all month and having happy customers we sometimes forget to coach them on the survey that is really a pass/fail deal and nothing else.

yea he coached me on how to fill out the survey.
you guys only score points if its all excellent..no very goods and so forth.
