I personally don't have one, I went the clear bra way, but here is a few answers to your ?'s.

1. Its made by Colgan.
2. Its hard as hell to put on on.
3. The hood bra does not cover the hood very much.
4. Last, its does not look good on a Z. My .02

Thx ^^

Ive looked around there are a few companies that make them, Nissan has their own, Colgan, LeBra, etc. I have a SS Z, clear bras a great if you put them on right as you pull the car off the lot, but after 3 k miles, its not worth the $$. Also a black bra on a Black Z, seems fine to me.

Either way, im looking for results, as far as damage? Moisture build up?

Thanks

Sully

Go to the Nissan dealership and get one specifically for the 350Z.
I have one and use it all the time, however ur Z must be clean and the bra must come off if rain is in the forecast. I use mine during the week an take it off on the weekend.

I have one, and I tell you its a good thing to have depending on the area you live. I don't put mine on all the time, but if I going to do some Highway driving I'll put it on. There are a lots of rock here. Yes, its not very sexy, but I feel they protect the vehicle better.

They are a pain to put on when there are new, but once its broken in (which doesn't take long) it's a chinch. I ordered mine at the dealer. I hope that helps. Good Luck.....db

I have the OEM Nissan bra. Easy to install. Good fit. Only problem is it offers no hood protection. That said, none of the leather bras I have seen would have kept my hood from getting chips. The two I have are half way up the hood.

I've had a Colgan for about a year now. I tried, really tried, to accept the clear bra I had installed on my DB but I just couldn't stand it after a week or so -- must be the blue since other colors (black, silver) look really good. Installation is not as bad as some suggest and the separate hood piece definitely offers more protection than the OEM version. I even had a local auto upholstry shop modify it for my NISMO lip when I had it installed a few months ago. I only use it for long trips (usually with some desert driving) and it works just fine. Definitely worth the money.
