NNA won't give me any info on my order...
I put in my order in August and have an order number given to me in Sept by my dealer. Since my dealer keeps telling me they don't have any other information except an expected Jan delivery, I called NNA. The gal I spoke to said NNA had a policy change earlier this month. They will now only forward any info on the car order to the Dealer and the Dealer will have to call me with the info. She absolutely refused to give me any information. Anyone else experienced this??!!

Uhm if you have a customer number NNA should give you info I was under that impression. Also if your car was ordered in Sept. You should be getting the VIN.
Unless of course the dealer screwed ya. |
I spoke with them a few weeks ago and they suggested that I call the dealership to have my question answered. I still insisted that they place the question in my FILE. Two days later the dealership called me and answered my question. They also stated that the most up to date info would come from the dealership regarding questions on orders. Sounds fishy to me. But they answered my Q's.
