ok update my attorney is gonna take the case for me its going to be about 1000 dollars for him to send letters make the fone calls, itll be more if he ends up having to sue, He has asked for all the service records from the dealer, the note they sent me, the date when i bought the car, and i guess i should go to my mechanic and get the receipts for all the oil changes ive done.

two things:
1. learn to keep ALL your service records in one place. as you grow older, this will apply to many other areas like taxes, interest paid, etc. start keeping and organizing everything with numbers on it. get a little file folder, index it, and just throw your receipts, statements, service records, etc, in there.
2. make your atty account for, in writing, all time he spends on your case. this way you'll know if he spent your whole $1k.

What kind and how thick of engine oil have you been using?
5W30? 10W30?
What brand?
I see you mentioned you kept up with regular maintenance. I am just curious.....

Did you read the entire thread?

Nissan has to prove that the mod's caused it to fail, its not up to him to prove that they did not.
if they are claiming it was bald tires then...who knows.

yes I did
headers , pop chargers are not smog legal, for off road use only .so I'm almost certain that the dlr did not install these items.(if they did you can go after dlr not NNA) this voids ur warranty .. if you purchase nismo s-tune parts but not have dlr install these parts you also do not have warranty.
I agree with you about the tires but intake and headers ...they are related mods

for exp. you maintain your veh, jiffy lube does all ur oil cng but forgot to tighten ur drain plug, ur veh blows an engine. NNA will not honor warranty... the bottom line is if you give NNA a reason to void ur warranty, what would you expect this would apply to all manufactures

Well if i am not mistaken, you can do your own maintenance, as long as it goes according to the manual. Nissan can not force you to do the cars maintenance only at their dealer.
