Driving a 350Z, any 350Z, is more fun than debating which model is “the best.”

I agree. However, it is important to get a car that fits your needs. I do not think there is a "best model" But, it doesn't make much since to buy a touring for example if you are going to rip out the interior and race the thing.

Now if lux is your thing the opposite applies.

In my case, I am just a cheap bastage case.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I bought my base Z. I really don't want all the extra's, well maybe HID's and NAV but I can definately live without.

I agree. With every car I've owned previously I've been a feature *****. I drove my 04 base Z and bought it immediately. The drive is what did it for me, not what it did OR didn't have.

I like not having VDC and TCS
