Question here.How do you post a picture so it can appear under the text? Instead it appears under attachment

You have to use the IMG tags and the picture has to be hosted somewhere that allows remote picture hosting. Hit this button on the Post Reply page:



and then you type in the URL in the pop-up window and you are done. It will add the code for you.
