Default New Front Tires!!! (but bad news...)

Sup all,

Yesterday I took my car in to get the headlights changed out because condensation had been building up underneath and it looked like crap. And the A/C was broken. Got both of those fixed I had also told them about the tire growl. They checked it out and verified my claim. Also the tires failed the gauge test. Time for new front tires! No. Wheel locks are on the rims and they will not remove them because it is possible the rim can be damaged. So I'm stuck. Anyone know how I can get these wheel locks off? Hawaii area know of any rim shops that can handle this?
