how bad is it to run 120psi cold engine harder than usual?
The majority of an engines wear comes from cold starts and during the first few minutes of operation. When an engine sits, the oil drains off of the moving parts. Once you start the engine it takes a while for the oil to completely re-lubricate everything, and the colder it is the longer it takes. Revving the engine during this time will greatly accelerate wear and tear on your engine.

so at the end of the day, which do you think would be a better choice, Oil Temp or Oil Pressure? Or it doesn't matter? Does Oil Pressure needle moves up and down like the Boost gauge?

Edit: You're wasting gas just having it sit also.
