how bad is it to run 120psi cold engine harder than usual?
It's not good at all. Always get to operating temperature before running your car hard. It takes about 15 minutes to get everything up to proper temps. Also don't let the engine sit while it warms up. You should drive it slowly to warm it up. You basically follow the "break-in procedure" until you get to temp. Don't floor it, don't go over 4k(less is better), and don't accelerate hard. Drive like grandma does.

The majority of an engines wear comes from cold starts and during the first few minutes of operation. When an engine sits, the oil drains off of the moving parts. Once you start the engine it takes a while for the oil to completely re-lubricate everything, and the colder it is the longer it takes. Revving the engine during this time will greatly accelerate wear and tear on your engine.

so at the end of the day, which do you think would be a better choice, Oil Temp or Oil Pressure? Or it doesn't matter? Does Oil Pressure needle moves up and down like the Boost gauge?

can you please explain clearly again why it's not good to let the engine sits during warming up? I don't see the difference between letting it sit and driving it because in both situations engine is moving and oil are lubricating the moving parts. THX

Driving the car to warm it up warms all the parts up instead of just the engine. Your other moving parts (transmission for example) are not warming up with the engine so you put extra strain on those if you don't drive around.
Edit: You're wasting gas just having it sit also.
