Nope:icon38: But that place is nice though.

Hmmm...it looks like a place I'd like to drive! Where is it?

BhashaZ Apr 10, 2006 09:11 AM

Based on pashnit.com, I would guess Ortega Cayon Road.

I agree with BhashaZ on this one.... +1 ;)

I don't know, but based on our pole, it's either Ortega Canyon Road or "No dude, I think it's in California...lay off the weed man. So um, you got any weed?":icon17:

I love that road, up until the point you get stuck between a slow a** truck

Yeah, that happens a lot. Most traveling through that road would move to the right for faster traffic to pass, but once in a while, you'll get grandpa holding up traffic for miles without even pulling over. Usually, I just slow down for a while, then catch up -- makes people wonder where the hell I went, then I'm back behind them, then disapear again...lol

Definately Ortega....nice road to drive.

Looks like the last leg of Ortega Hwy before you hit Lake Elsinore. Fun road to drive but busy as SH**! The only good time to drive it is late night. And make sure your radar detector is on:skidmark:

I know I wish there more lanes, or just go through it at night thats a rush, but then again not as crazy as the guys on the street bikes:icon9:

Yup, it is the last long stretch before heading down to the lake. Yeah, night-time drive there is a nice rush, especially with the view of the lake from way up top. But deffinately have your radar gun on or atleast try not to get carried away.

I once had a Harley motocycle try to race me down the west side of the main town -- I just let the guy go when he started getting crazy and leaning so low that his exhaust almost scrape. But nice place to drive. It'll be crazy if we had like 15 Z's going up there -- can you imagine the exhaust note? :icon17:
