An exclusive garage is your best bet..I go to a campus renowned for its bad area, and I was able to score a spot in the staff garage. DEF worth it!

viper alarm, autostart both make pageing alarm systems. But range between 400-600 depending on what you want with them. But if you are ballin on a budget like most of us, just send them(viper, autostart) an email that your window was cracked and you need a new sticker. Or go to one of those little sticker /graphic booths in the mall, and get one that says "24 hour satellite servaliance" something that sounds good

I kinda work in a bad part of town, a guy had his expedition broken into up at work. This is how smart the thief was; the guy parked and had a big box of stuff he was bringing in with him, so he sat his keys down in the passenger seat brought the box inside and hung around for about 5mins before he had to go. Who ever broke into the car smashed the rear passenger window even though it was unlocked, and stole the over head screen/ DVD player for the rear seat. The keys were in the passenger seat, along with his cell phone and his laptop and briefcase were in the floor board too...
