Can't see turn signal indicator

First off, just got my car a two weeks ago, wow-handling. My problem is when I signal for turns that are less than maybe 45 degrees, the turn signal doesn't always cancel. The turn signal indicator lights on the dash board are so dim I don't see them and end up driving around with my signal flashing. Not good and look like a dork. Of course this is not a problem at night. British cars I had back in the 60's and 70's had day and night settings for some of the dash lights. Anyone know of a way to brighten the indicators. Thanks, Ernie-Seattle. BTW, its sunny this weekend in Seattle, I better get some pictures of it!

yea man...on the left side of the cluster...there is 2 buttons just lik on the right where u can change what that gauge tells u. Anyways, on the left one, hit the top silver button...It will higher the lights that light up in your car....

That brightens up the gages, but doesn't seem to effect the turn signal indicators. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Thanks, E.

I have the same problem, highly annoying...but technically it really only annoys people driving behind you, so F them!

Wish to add a set of LED turnsignal indicators to mount on gauge cluster or under rear of hood, to be visible from inside car. Looking for best location to connect the wires. 2006 roadster

I find it very annoying as well. If you have some music playing, you won't hear the clicking noise anymore. I do think as well that the gauge light settings don't affect the indicator light.

I believe the "instrument brightness control" buttons at the left of the instrument pod only affect the brightness when you have the lights turned on.

Yeah I had my z for two months and sometimes this happens to me. I used to think people were idoits that didnt know their turn signals were on and Now I am one of them. lol

I find the glare on them more annoying than how bright they are. Also the A/C light can be hard to see when you have your lights on.
