Need new windshield, and silver'd tint job
 

Hi, I guess i just feel like posting alot today, anyways, I have a long crack in my windshield from a friggen 18wheeler throwing rocks on the freeway. Damn those things. Anyways, so what price should I pay and is there any special "coats/finish/extras" I should know about that is makes the windshield stronger or more resistant to chips and cracks? Also, 2nd part of this question is that I would like to get a tint. Not the smoked tint but a slightly silvered tint for my ppw coupe. Just wondering what I should be looking for and perhaps what shops to get it done at in Houston, Tx. Also, approximate cost if you have any ideas. Thanks.
