Opinions: 5% side w/ 20% rear tint job!?
Hey Guys.
I was planning on gettin 5% tints for the side windows w/ a 20% tint on the back. Do you guys think this will look akward? I dont wanna go with 5% on the back becuase the visibility already isnt so great. If you have any pics with this setup, I would REALLY appreciate it. I have PPW btw. Thanks a lot guys, appreciate it!

ur going to get tickets for tints that dark but i guess it depends where u live.
try searching and ull get some ideas on the tints.

i think you have an understanding of the % numbers mixed up...
5% front and 20% rear will be DARKER up front and Lighter in the rear...
5% lets 5% of light through...
20% lets 20% of light through...

yeah i got 2 tickets in under 3 months with my 3rd gen eclipse 5% on the side and 20% in the back , when i had 20% all around i never got stopped or a ticket. Def go with 20% all around.

The tint I had installed was by Solargard, 16% all around. Looks good and it's premium film. I wouldn't recommend doing 5% sides and 20% back... will look backwards in my opinion. Do 20% all around or do 5% back 20% sides. Either way the Z will look sweet.

15% on sides...limo in back.....and 30% in the entire front
