My friends parents owns a dealership selling used cars. One morning he calls me all excited, telling me that he's got new inventory and that its a Z. Well later that afternoon him and his brother takes the Z out for a test drive around town, little did his parents know that they were lurking around town looking to race. They got on the i495 and raced a couple of cars and what not. When they got off the highway an acura had followed them looking for another run off a line. They were both at the light waiting for it to turn green. They take off and my friend is going 100 something on a local and soon encountered a little hill on the road. When he noticed the hill it was too late to brake and going the speed that he was going it forced to car into the air about a couple feet. The Z had hit an outback station wagon which caused it to hit a pathfinder that caused the pathfinder to flip over and land on someones driveway hitting 2 other cars. My friend suffered minor injuries to his head but his brother and suffered a collapsed lung and was in a coma for a week. He has spent the night in jail and was charged with 4 felonies:icon22: .

Damn that Z is completely wiped out. Everyone knows street racing is risky. Never do it when there is traffic and you can't see a mile ahead.

It would be interesting to hear firsthand from the driver.

He got a lawyer and got some charges droped. He has to pay damages for all the cars which totaled to about 50K. The funny thing is now he's driving around an 04 m3 and is looking to buy another car.

I forget the dealership but its in Jamaica ave in queens

The car was totaled and shipped to a junk yard i believe. His brother is doing fine and i dont believe he would be getting back into a car with his brother for awhile.

Wow-sorry to hear people were hurt. That looks like a busy street, something nobody should be near 100mph on. Im glad that fugly Z/rims got it though...

is his brother ok now or still in a coma? Sucks to hear these things. Makes u not want to street race... If i was his parents, id buy him a toyota tercel or a damn 1980's beatle.
