Wheels and snow tires - what's a fair price?

I am going to sell a set of wheels and snow tires for a 350Z. I was hoping some people could PM me with suggested prices. I have no idea what to charge.

The wheels are mint condition 350Z stock 17 inch wheels like these:

The tires are mounted and balanced on the rims. Not seperate like this picture. (The picture is not mine, I need to take some of the actual items)

The tires are Dunlop Winter Sport M3 with low mileage with most of the tread remaining.

Does anyone have an idea of a fair price for these? Please let me know.

$700 - $800 depending on the remaining tread.

CORRECTION: All four tires are 225/45-17 per Tire-Racks suggestion

camaro194: Thanks. The tread is 90% or better since I hardly ever drive the Z in the winter. I mostly had the tires in case I got caught out in the snow. (I used to work over 1 hr from home). Now that I live like 20 minutes from work I am not even going to install them. I can just run home when it snows and get my truck.

BTW: What kind of camaro(s) you have? The Z is my first non f-body since high school. I have owned a 1968 Camaro Convertible, a 1978 Camaro Rally Sport, and a 1991 Firebird Formula. I can't wait to see what GM does with the NEW Camaro.

Sounds pretty good. I just bought a winter tire package from there. Some cheap 17" wheels with Blizzaks. The total shipped came to $1143.

If there is still about 90%, you could maybe get around $900 (?).

I had a 94 Camaro (3.4 v6). It was a great car. Ran it up to 115,000 miles w/ no problems whatsoever. It was time for an upgrade, and the Z fit the bill. I'm also curious to see what the Camaro will look like when it hits production. The nice thing is that the Z will be paid off by the time it comes out :)

Tireracks suggestion for the Z is 225/50-17 for the Front and 225/55-17 for the Rear since the rear has a larger diameter. Would these throw off TCS because of the smaller diameter?

If the wheels are mint and you have at least 90% tread left, i would suggest selling them in the 800-900 dollar range. Those are great tires btw.

I think you're right now that you mention it. They have been sitting in the garage since last year so I may be remembering wrong. I know whatever I got is exactly what tire rack recommended on the factory rims. I don't second guess TireRack.

I will double check them all before listing them for sale. Thanks.

I am leaning towards $800 or so. I want to sell em this seaon. I don't want to hold out for top $$$.

And you aren't kidding, these are awesome snow tires. They handle pretty well on dry roads for a snow tire!

Payed for my set of Perelli Sottozero snow tires, and 4 new 18 inch wheels the for Z33, after the Sparco racing wheels and snow tires + mount, balance, mount kit, and road h***ard, cost me about 1500..

so for 17's, etc I saw 800-1000 is good depending on where you live

Sell used wheels and tires in the regional forum for local pick-up only. Shipping is too expensive.
