Help pick my next mod..

Here is my car now as is...THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER AND I WILL NEVER RACE IT SO SPEED ISNT A HUGE THING TO ME..I cant decide if I should add :

1. Borla Exhaust
2. New front bumper + rear bumper and clearbra
3. Double Din cd/mp3 player + jl audio speakers
4. Rota rims (but still have more then 65% life on tires and would prefer to wear those out before getting new ones)
5. ???

i am in the very same delema, i cant figure out what i want to do. but i think i am going with the stereo stuff because only having like 18 songs on 1 cd is driving me nuts i want my ipod to work! but if you get the borla post some vids i want to know how it sounds!

I always say performance first, exhaust all the way

zerohurst 04-04-2007 05:00 AM

I say go ahead a finish the body up with a Nismo Ver. 2 body kit or the Ings LX sport body kit. Of course their are a lot of other kits out their.

Fluid1 04-04-2007 05:12 AM

Rims.

nothingremains 04-04-2007 05:14 AM

but if i buy the rims, they will sit in my garage until i need new tires, its stupid to throw away perfectly good tires that I just paid for..my car is only a few months old

Id Lower it and put spacers give your car a whole new look...Just my .2 cents.

crowe 04-04-2007 05:19 AM

I agree on the bumpers, your sideskirts look lonely.

hkman78 04-04-2007 05:22 AM

go w/ sound system, which mean either your cd w/ ipod or exhaust.

nothingremains 04-04-2007 05:22 AM

im scared with lowering it..im just afraid i will drill something in the road..i know its pretty flat here in florida but there is a lot of roadkill..is there a way i can drop it and still have pretty good ground clearance?

If you're not into Performance (Z is damn fast already) def. go for the sound stuff.

Go to intensepower.com they have a good selection of all diffrent body kits and the two that I suggest.

You put sides the body so you might as well finish what you started. I think your original idea of the Nismo V1 or aerosync front would look good. I like how the spoiler turned out ;) Regardless I would finish the kit first. If you put the borla on first you might run into issues on what rears would clear or how the borla would look. After you finish with the kit, you should get the wheels and see how your car sits. Depending on the clearence you may have to reconsider how low you want to go. I have a buddy who got a full Greddy kit for his G35 coupe after he dropped his car. Now he's too low and runs into issues when trying to clear lifts and jacks.

Yea I was thinking of going ahead and finishing it up, but i didnt want to pay 300-400 for a front bumper, then what 100-150 to paint it and then have to pay another 500 for clear bra..thats expensive just to add one piece ya know..Thanks with the spoiler :) I definately want the borla over any other exhaust i've heard..How many problems are there with exhausts fitting rear bumpers?? I plan on when I get rims keeping the 18"s on there

zeebeda 04-04-2007 08:26 AM

exhaust
