this is exactly why I only do local sales and purchases with forum members. .i much prefer to examine the product first hand, meet the seller/purchaser first hand...so I do not ever have to go through drama like this over some car parts.

 

This guy is scum. And im calling him on his Bullsh!t right now. He never shipped. It has been 6 weeks now and where are the wheels? No one knows. And isn't this the third time or so that he claims they have been shipped since like the 4th week or so? He never shipped them.

 

DUde that is so gay i would be so pissed i got mad when i ordered my intake cause the guy said he never received my paypal stuff but it finally came it took like 2 weeks but yah man im sry that is really gay

 

4 packages have shipped, but as i said for the last 4-5 days i am not accepting them. I tried over and over to have them not shipped to try and not have him waste the $, but he insisted on shipping them. I have called FedEx and informed them to not even attempt to deliver them. They told me they will more than likely try once, but if not they will ship to Louisiana, and not even offload them and ship them right back. In the end it isn't even about time at this point, it's about mutual respect. I have been more than willing in the past to try and settle this, but everyone has a breaking point, and i have reached mine. As much as i really would love a set of Gt-C's ( i understand they don't even make them anymore), i will just not have them this go around on my Z.

 

yah man i completely understand you have alot of pashents but this guy just put u off you should send something to the administrator letting them know what happened so it wont happen again maybe they will ban his ability to sell things or just watch over him closely but yah u waited it out alot longer then i would have

Now would be an excellent time to ask for a large discount.

If he says no, you send the wheels back and he's out the cost of shipping. Plus it will probably be a while before he can sell them again, he'll probably have to take some money off to sell them again, and he won't be able to sell them on here for sure.

 

So in the end what exactly has came of this? I still see this guy posting freely...

Thread needs an update...

 

Nothing to report beyond the wheels are shipped, i just clicked the "continue claim" button on the pay pal site. Once they get back to Rob (the wheels), pay pal should refund me and it will be over. That's best case scenario. Who knows if it will happen that way, but that's all i can do atm. It is a giant pain that he insisted on shipping them, but it's been that way the entire deal...a pain in the ***.

 

What a scumbag, he basically won trefund the $$$, for one reason or another he didnt send the wheels for WEEKS after payment and now has tried to send the wheels after you told him you'd refuse. He obviously needed $$$ and didnt have the wheels ready to ship.

Jason-Id PM this to a mod and see if they can ban this d!ck off this site when this is all said and done, nobody needs Z owners like this on these forums.
