I was talking to this clown today who just got his 350Z. He kept bragging about it, and told me that his car is the fastest production car out there (!) and he just smoked an M3 and brand new 911 Turbo (!). He told me he beat a couple of sports bikes too. :rolleyes:

Unbeknownst to him, I do own a 350Z too, and for several months now. I also own a crotch rocket. Although I think the Z is a fanstastic sports car, it is by no way faster than a 911 Turbo, or a sports bike. Let's be realistic here.

This kind of BS is only going to make the rest of us Z owners look like fools. :mad:

And you say this to us why?

I disagree. It makes HIM look like a fool. His claims are so outrageous that anyone would have to be a total moron to associate his attitude with the entire 350Z community. Everybody knows there are some lunatics in every crowd...

I sure hope so. Unfortunately, people are prone to categorizing, and I would hate to see other's have a negative opinion of other Z owners based on a few morons' attitudes.

Unforunately, that's the truth of it. Just try not to get TOO embarassed and make sure that you're pretty visible as a sane and nice person. lol :D

ok ok, i don't know about you guys but my Z is SOO FAST that one time a guy shot a bullet at the same time that i accelerated in 2ND GEAR! AND i was going SO fast that i drove along-side the bullet for a few seconds looking at it...then i laughed at it and then smoked it! :D
