Have you inspired any one else to buy a Z?

Does making someone regret trading his Z count? At the last Evolution school we hosted, I let a former Z owner ride shotgun on course. His response was something like, "Damn! I didn't know a Z could do that!!!" I told him the C-6 vette he traded it on could do even more, once he gets used to the sport. But he still suggested that he might not have bothered trading the Z if he had known.

F*ck you James. F*ck you. lol
I will not drive the that car... maybe. I hate myself. lol
But as far as inspiring someone. I think that it takes a ride in a Z to really let you know if you love it or not.

I took a co-worker for a ride and he bought a roadster a few months later. After that I turboed my car and he liked that as well but he just about crapped his pants when I told him how much it cost, I don't think he will be going FI anytime soon.

Well, I sold Nissans back in 03, and at the time our dealership wasn't giving anyoe test drives with out the whole credit check/ commit to buy etc, citing the Z was still rare and no one wants miles on it. So, being young and stupid, I let certain customers drive my Z for a bit... sold more Z's than the other salesmen for a few months
As for letting my gf get a Z: never, ever. I am not sure I would want her in a RWD daily driver until she actually learns how to handle them safely... and she would need a winter beater. Unless my girl was really in to cars and knew her stuff, it just wouldn't be safe.

When I got my ZR last summer, everyday I would get off work at 7:00AM, take a 45 min cruise, go home & wash my car. And everyday, my neighbour would be leaving for work, come over, check out the car, laugh that I wash it all the time, and ALWAYS mentioned he wished he could get a car like that.
Then in September, I was coming home from work, pulled up to my garage, and look over only to see him pull up in a fully-loaded 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder! It wasn't a Z but he was happy! He didnt want a ZR cause I had one so it was still a great choice IMO.
Also, when I brought my car home, within 2 weeks my mom bought a 2007 Dodge Caravan, my brothers GF bought an 08 Jeep Liberty & my dads waiting for the 2010 Challenger. I started something big!

My parents were checking out roadsters at the dealership when I took them to see the car I was buying. Also, less than a month after I got mine, one of my friends showed up with an 03 touring. More Z's just means more fun though.
