Not a big fan of those wheels...I will say though, I think I'll end up spending more on accessories than I originally thought.

Zboy Aug 13, 2002 01:58 AM

Not bad. I think they will look much better though once those wheels start rolling. :)

I like the 19's for size. It looks like a rubber band on rims. Pretty cool.

Would like to see those on a darker color i.e. Brickyard or Black.

J Ritt Aug 13, 2002 02:37 AM

Heh...looks pretty cool until you hit your first pothole...then you go thumpety thump as your out of round wheels roll on! I'll stick with a little more vertical rubber than that..those tires must be 30 aspect ratio or something crazy like that. Any idea how long it takes to send wheels back to japan and wait for replacements?...I'll give you a hint...far longer than you want to be without your $2000+ wheels you just bought! :p Trust me, happened to a friend's 18" volks...a big headache, so exercise caution.

I vote no. 19" is a bit more than the Z can pull off, 18's are JUST RIGHT.

Zmeflyby Aug 13, 2002 03:54 AM

19s look great!:D

TE37's... nice - these are what I'm getting. Buttah... 19!? Toooo big! Oh yeah... these rims are indestrutible!

jacen2y Aug 13, 2002 05:56 AM

i also think 19 is too much...18 is just right...but what i want to know is the offset on that wheel...seen a few te-37s and they are fairly flat where as those 19s in the picture have spokes that sinks into the middle...i'm guessing that means it has a low offset??? i really like that look!

Zay Aug 13, 2002 06:09 AM

must say the wheels are a bit too large but, the look they give off is pretty awesome. I have a new found respect for the TE37's after seeing this pic.

Maybe it's just me but I am not crazy about that color. I would like something a little flashier.

John Aug 13, 2002 06:28 AM

I'm not big on the color, but I love the offset... I wish my Track rims had that offset...

GuessMoDeL Aug 13, 2002 07:00 AM

one word ..... PERFECT

next is .. Is it real?? last i checked te37s didnt come in 19''

pete_350z Aug 13, 2002 07:00 AM

Those front wheels are going to rub on the freggin wheel well going around a corner with any lean. Kinda cool though until you hit a pothole (as mentoned) - or turn a corner:D

roberto350z Aug 13, 2002 07:40 AM

pa-pow! Bi-ding! Thats the sh*t:D

mikersoft Aug 13, 2002 03:33 PM

I like it. First of all, because it's less common than silver (polished, painted, etc) and secondly it makes the car look like it just rolled off the race track... BTW, I lived in Japan for six years and black wheels seemed to be more popular over there (not more popular than silver, just more common than in the US....).
