In this country the only time you may get your money back from a used car sale is if you were ripped off by a used car dealer.

I got hold of him he said his buddy just upgraded his clutch and has a stock clutch strill. and he will see if he can have it. But i only have 45 days to get the paper work doen for the boarder and I need to take the car to canadian tire to get the drl installed and fil out my paper work

i wonder what other problems he didn't tell you about if he didn't even tell you about a shot clutch.

Just a note, you are ruling out aluminum flywheels because they wear faster.
The JWT flywheels have a "wear" section that is removable and replaceable, I was quoted $65 for the part for mine (just wondered what they cost for future reference).
Aluminum is usually lighter (not necessarily true in this case, JWT is 14.5 lbs IIRC) which is its advantage as an upgrade.
The flywheels are made by fidenza (again IIRC) and the clutches are very good for an NA car...its the route I'm going right now, and based off others experiences it seems to be a great choice.
