Yeah, it shipped and was at Asuka. They aren't open on a Sunday. They are calling me back with the tracking.
This was really out of my control, if I had another roof cap here to send you I would, but these things take time to make and in this case numerous tries and delays.

If I had any control over it I would. Your bad roof was shipped back to Asuka, then Asuka was suppose to make a roof and send it out. It's been 2-3weeks since you sent the roof, and I know your upset but like I said it's been shipped. Give it another 5-7 days and you'll have a new roof in your hands.

imo, your original thread shouldnt have been deleted..regardless if the situation was corrected...which it hasnt been. Deleting the thread doesnt negate the fact it happened....and it gives people insight into the reputation of said vendor.
business really is about customer service....good luck with this.

OP, I understand you being upset, heck I would too. But at the same time, you have to understand that certain products [yours in this case, Asuka] are more often than not made to order. You can't just say "if you dont have it dont advertise it." Jim@Showstoppers has had plenty of satisfied customers and with his replys to this thread you can tell hes trying his best to get you your roof but for the most part all he can do is continously hit up Asuka and ask them whats the hold up.
From my point of view its turned into a big situation simply because of the timing of everything. I dont know the entire story so this is just from my standpoint.
Honestly, in no way do I believe you wont get your roof... you'll get it in a timeframe where you wouldve liked it to be shorter. So I understand that... the feeling of being potentially "scammed" is horrible
I hope this is resolved soon for the better of both parties...
