The car just isn't worth any more because it's modded out.
In order to make that money back. You have to part it out and sell them without being on the car. Or kiss them good bye.
Modding out just never wins. I had a 91 supra. I had 13k in it and it was only worth 3k.
Thats how the cookie crumbles gents.

I actually looked at this car and got your phone number. I was thinking about buying it. But I couldn't Justify buying an auto and the price was rediculous. no offense. I would say 16,000 because its an auto I spent months looking for a car and found that 6 speeds are worth more not dissing auto I think its just because of demand.

Edit: i'm not trying to make money out of my Z, i just need to finish loan.

That's what guys I know at dealerships have always told me.
Regardless of it being true or not. Their job is to buy cheap and sell high.
So I believe it. It makes sence when you think about it.
If they buy used 10k cars all day. How do they make money selling that same car for 10k? They have to get into it as close to half price as possible. We all know they hate smart consumers. They'd rather see you trade or send the wife in.
That being said. I don't how many dealerships that would be buying used to sell from an individual with all of the repoing going on currently.
The market just seems to be saturated right now with low mile 2 and 3 year olds. All makes and models. So find an 06 that hasn't had the engine swapped yet. Make that part of the sales deal.
That's what I have done. The dealership says they'll be starting work on the swap right after the holiday.
So then you end up with an 06 with a brand new engine and under 30k miles on the rest of the car. So basically you get a brand new z for half price. The great thing is you benefit from someone elses mods. That we all know they lost their asses on.
