But I just wanted to say, i've joined the club. My Touring arrived yesterday. I picked it up and couldn't be happier.

For those interested, the Bose system sounds great.

I too have the touring and couldnt be happier.
My Bose sounds GREAT. Maybe they changed something in the late models cuz my production date is 6/03 and i am completely happy with the system, and I have always upgraded my stereos in the past.
Congrats on the purchase.

I too love the bose, a real audiophile will come in and point out its problems, but to those that have spend their life with stock sound systems, its one of the best.(not including new lexus systems)

don't know how ANYONE can say the bose in our Z is even close to what you would expect to get from bose ... i just drove benz 430 S with the bose and let me tell you - huuuuuuuuuge difference , also i think the older maxima's 95 had a better stereo than Z... but i believe the thread about "blose" was done more than few times...;)
