Track Model Available in Detroit
Tamaroff Nissan in Southfield 248-353-1300 has a Chrome Silver Track W/ Mats & Kick plates available. Evidently the person who ordered it was too wide to fit in the car?????? Salesman said they would be staying fairly close to MSRP on the price. Just got back from having a first hand look at the car, Damn I wish mine was here!

Fairly close to MSRP?
Little do people know but dealers can get in a ton of trouble for selling cars above MSRP and charging for things not outlined by the manufacturer and state. Not sure on Michigan rules, but in the PA/NY/NJ area they can get stiff fines and possibly suspension business license.
Its a nice car, but you will be able to get them for MSRP much more easily in a few months and probably will start to see some financing and rebate deals come next summer when the competition steps up.
Afterall, they are targetting to sell 60-70k cars a year, thats not easy if you expect every one of them to fetch full MSRP.

60 - 70K cars? Try like 30K cars (US) maybe a little higher. I'm not saying you won't be able to get one for less than MSRP, but I can't see any rebates happening.

Nissan released a statement that said they expected to sell 44,000 units easily the first year and a second year run target was at least 60,000.
Will try to find the actual link.

Considering that this is the only color I've seen in person it's hard to have an opinion with which to base a decison on. However, it looked great! The car was in the showroom along side it was a chrome Touring model without the areo pckg. The Track definatly looked better with the Rays & Areo.
..... Sold yet? I didn't buy it. call 'em. At the time I was looking the Z's over, two other people stopped into check them out, they both had pre orders, so unless there was some phone action going on, there didn't seen to be much interest. This is Motor City home of the big 3.....
No not the same redfoot
