time between port arrival and receipt of your Z (midwest)?
For all you people in Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Illinois, and/or Wisconsin who now have your Z's, I have one question:
How long do you think it took for you to get it AFTER arriving at the ports in either LA or anywhere else?
Just curious, cuz I'm still waiting. I checked 5 dealerships in my area, 4 have Z's in their inventory now, and mine still does not. Should have it soon. Was told it IS in the US now, just don't know where...damn..
thanks for any 411.

I'm right there with ya RaymanZ. It seems like Woodfield and Star Nissan have a ton of cars and keep getting more. My dealer, Arlington Nissan hasn't gotten a single one. Is there a preference given to certain dealers? Star Nissan has a VIN # 60 lower than mine, so I know my car is close.
I picture my Z sitting in the rail yard in Aurora, getting passed up by every truck.

Rayman.....my Z will be in Galesburg IL dealership Friday. It left the port in LA on 8/21. The rail car took six or seven days to reach the Naperville IL (suburb of Chicago) "port" as Nissan calls it. After that, it takes a couple of days to turn it around to Galesburg on an open car carrier (three hours southwest of Chicago).
Hope this info helps....I have an internal fax (posted last week) from Nissan confirming this information.
