Anyone drive their Z's year round through winter?
 

Hi guys, I've been seriously thinking about getting a Z (as a DD none the less) but the sad fact is that we have snow and salty road 6 months a year. I don't have any issue with winter driving it's more the fact that the salt wrec havoc on all the engine parts and exhaust, etc... and everything gets that nasty rusty texture :mad:.. Is it a sin? Should I do it anyway and undercoat it? I'm all for value and It's hard to get past doing payment on a car I only use 6 months per year...It sucks already enough with my motorcycle that I can only drive 6-8 months also.

Anyone else doing the same?

I just picked up an 06 pearl white, I will be driving it all year round. Found a set of snows tires and rims in great cond. on kijji for 600 bucks. Will spend another 200 on rust protection and will drive through the winter here in Toronto. Its a car its used, the first owner took the big hit on depretiation, drive it all year..
