It was so nice yesterday that I went to pick up the Z and brought her home. Now it's cold and nasty for the week, so I won't be able to drive it until next weekend.

I replaced the old leather on both armrests. New leather and a lower alcantara portion. Now it matches my shift boot and handbrake boot.
I've got another project going on right now with my Z. If it doesn't turn out deeply embarrassing I'll post it up.

I'm wondering if there would be a way to use a strong velcro so that you could essentially have a "quick removal" system for when you detail the car. Anybody have opposing thoughts on that idea?

Interesting and fun to see their return. Next big thing?
Then I bring back Bolder Tints...

Hook n' latch won't hold after a little time in the sun (not the hook/latch part, the adhesive that holds the velcro strip to the backlight.) As someone said, the original Shadow louvers had a hinged top and dead latches to hold them down in the rear. One time hardware beats software.
